How long do I need to jump rope before it starts to have an effect?
Hi! I think I’m going to start jump roping to Lose Weight. How long would I need to jump rope before it actually starts to have an effect on my weight? What are the best jump roping techniques? Thank you so much!
Not only do I mean how long before I start seeing results, but also how long should I jump rope per day.
Hi there, get started with your jump rope as soon as possible its fun and you get a good buzz afterwards from it. I’ve been jumping rope for two weeks now to tone myself up, i already see the Weight Loss and toning believe it or not.
I try and do 15 mins during the day and then 15 mins at night so its broken up, so all in 30 mins per day.
It’s hard to do this for 15 mins if you haven’t done it before but try and build it up and be careful i hurt my ankles, my back, stomach, calves and arms all get sore and i sweat a bucket load, ive been doing it for two weeks now so its getting more easier the more im doing it.
Jump rope helps release a Fat Burning Hormone (HGH) which burns fat like crazy apparently and you sure sweat like hell. Jump rope is also a good work out as it works every muscle in your body and trust me you do feel it.
So watch what you eat, have your daily recommended allowance of calories per day and jump rope, ive seen the results in 2 weeks, i hope this motivates you.
When your jumping rope your arms shouldn’t move just your wrist movements and try not jump like a kid in a play ground, YouTube – jump rope workout for a idea what to do.
15 mins of jump rope = 30 mins of jogging.
All i can say is hop on one leg and then change to the other, jump with two legs and like jog with your ropes.
This motivated me because i googled about it and found a thread about a girl who lost 13lbs with doing 15 mins during the day and 15 mins at night so i have been doing the same lol and alot of bodybuilders use jump rope to get ripped abs.
