Pilates Reformer
I am never sore? Does this mean I can workout my muscles more often?

I’m a 15 year old girl, I love to exercise..I workout in the gym 3 days a week lifting weights and cardio
I take 4-5 pilate classes a week, and 4 ballet classes a week.

I just realized that I never get sore! Like yesterday, I took a pilates reformer class (I’ve never done a reformers class before) It was hard and I was sore for a couple of hours after I took it.
But after a while the soreness started to go away and I felt fine..

Even when I lift weights I don’t get sore..I change up my schedule every 6 weeks too

Does this mean I can lift weights more often? or do I still need to give my muscles a day of rest?

soreness comes.. and soreness will go

it does not mean that your not working hard enough…
but you can workout 5-6 days a week for 40-60 mins
and it could be because your eating enough vitamins and proteins..

try lifting heavier…. u need atleast one day off
